What you'll do:

• Organize the office layout and ordering stationery and equipment;
• Communicate with suppliers and partners;
• Keep the office clean and organized;
• Manage correspondence and documentation;
• Support Management and Team members;
• Coordinate team buildings and other company events;
• Other additional tasks.

What we expect

• You have a higher education;
• Similar working experience is an advantage;
• Excellent written and oral communication in English and Lithunian (Russian language - advantage);
• Quick orientation and learning;
• Good  MS Excel, Word, Outlook skills;
• Excellent communication, planning, organizing skills;
• You are a team player;
• Eager to learn and grow.
